I am a lifelong resident of Blue Ridge, and prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I was a hairdresser for 20 years. This was an exceedingly demanding profession, and it called for tact, diplomacy and first-rate Customer Service, because if you meet or exceed your client's expectations, your client is your best advertisement. This taught me to always listen closely and I was able to perceive the needs and wishes of my clientele.
Because I am a 'native', I know virtually every street and back road there is. This has proved to be an invaluable tool when a customer has questions about a particular area, including topography and elevation. Not everyone wants to be perched atop a mountain with steep roads to navigate.
I have been representing buyers and sellers in the North Georgia Mountains for 22 years, and I owned and managed a successful Real Estate Company for 9 years. I am a firm believer in furthering my knowledge and advancing my expertise in all aspects of real estate, and for that reason I attend continuing education courses on a regular basis.
